"EVERY CHILD SHOULD KNOW BOTH PARENTS"

WHAT IS GRAMPY'S HOUSE?

Grampy's House is a comfortable, homelike house, that provides a safe, structured, neutral alternative to unsupervised visits.  The family visitation center offers a warm, friendly atmosphere where children of any age may visit with their non-residential parent, or exchange from one parent to another.

Grampy's House was created to assist families that have difficulty interacting in a non-threatening manner.  Parents must abide by the policies outlined in the house rules.

The need for supervised visitation or exchanges may be due to issues related to divorce or separtation, domestic violence, protection orders, threats of child abuse, or safety concerns where a neutral setting would increase a family's level of comfort and safety.

Visitation hours may vary to accomodate the family's needs as well as the availability of staff.  Grampy's House is open 7 days a week.  Most visits last one and a half to two hours. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am until 5 pm. Exchanges, visitations, and intakes are done by appointment only.

Security at Grampy's House is provided by Allen County Sheriff Deputies.  All rooms are monitored with cameras, to ensure your childs safety.

GRAMPY'S HOUSE is a Non-Profit Agency.
